The SHIFT Leadership Development Programs are designed, tested and proven to take high performing senior executives from the stage of Achiever to the successive maturity levels of a Catalyst and Strategist. Together they make up around 15% of senior executive leaders. Ideally all C-suite, Divisional and Regional executive leaders have their centre of gravity at Strategist.
SHIFT Leadership Programs are therefore most valuable for senior executives in their 40’s and 50’s who aspire to the most senior leadership roles in the organisation. The Program is best delivered to a small cohort of five to seven executives drawn from different areas of the business, or an executive team that wishes to rise to the next level of collaborative synergistic performance.
There are three levels of program – I, II and III. At each progressive level, the content dives deeper and has a more expansive reach. The content is comprehensive in scope including human psychology and neuroscience, emotional and spiritual intelligence, and a range of models such as AQAL, Theory-U and other strategic business frameworks.
There is a mix of knowledge, awareness, skill building, techniques and case studies to work with. The proprietary learning methodology is RADAR: Review and Reflection, Awareness and Attention, Development Dialogue, Assignments and Application, and Results and Revelation.
Each Program consists of eight full day modules spread out across a period of 12 months, with two individual executive coaching meetings during this time. Stages International Assessments take place at the beginning and end of each Program to foster self-awareness and monitor the development of leadership capacity.
